| I am a 22 year old graduate female student looking for someone to share this very spacious 2 bedroom apartment with me located in Hyde Park. This is an ideal situation for a young professional female in her 20s or who is currently in school. It is closest to the Forest Hills station on the Orange line in which the #32 bus runs frequently to the station. The bedroom is not furnished, and the apartment is about 7-8 miles out of Boston. Large spacious living room with bay windows- lots of sun shine! Wall to wall carpeting. Eat in kitchen with Refrigerator and Pantry. Washer and Dryer. Gas heat by renters expense. Large Deck off of kitchen. Modern but small bathroom. Plenty of places for shopping and dinning within walking distance or home delivery. Very very quite neighborhood with free on street parking. Three blocks from Shaw's Super market. Two block from Police station and Fire Department. Rent is $1250/month- which turns out to be $625/person. All that is needed to move in is what would be your half of one month's rent ($625) and a signing of a contract for a year long rental (no last month rent, no security deposit).
